Norah’s practice areas are immigration law, constitutional & governance law, family law and commercial law. She is also the author of various informative legal articles. These include; The Place of East African Community (EAC) Laws in Kenya's legal framework, Literature Review on Right to Education for children living with disabilities and Arson in Kenyan schools: Exploring the Efficacy of the disciplinary mechanisms.

Norah has previously worked as a researcher at Kamoing’ & Company Advocates. At this firm she honed her research and writing skills. She then joined Sabaya & Company Advocates as a legal intern. In this firm she got exposure to employment matters, criminal litigation, conveyancing, road traffic accident matters and family matters. She has also worked as an intern at Kenya Airports Authority. In this Organisation she got a grasp of aviation law, public procurement law and immigration law.
